We try to accommodate early check-in requests when possible. Early check-in is least likely to be available during peak season (June – August). Please contact the host to request an early check-in.

Guests may access the property from 3 PM the day of check-in until 11 AM the day of checkout by using the keyless entry code provided prior to check-in.

Thank you for treating the property with respect and keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home and not a hotel room. Please leave the property in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and honor the check-out procedures.

• Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all items
• Wash all dirty dishes including pots, pans, utensils, and coffee maker
• Take all trash to the trash bin located at the end of the driveway
• Unplug small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc)
• Place all used towels (bath towels, hand towels, wash rags) in the laundry basket
• Check all drawers, cabinets, and under furniture to remove misplaced or forgotten personal items
• Lock the front door by pressing the Yale button when you leave

Due to the death of a child in July 2021 who got stuck in an elevator at a North Carolina vacation rental the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission advises vacation rentals to restrict the use of private elevators.

The beach house has 5 beds that comfortably sleeps 10. Only confirmed guests are allowed on the property.

• 2 people in the king-size bed in master bedroom
• 2 people in each of the two queen-size beds in the 1st guest bedroom (total 4 people)
• 2 people in each of the two queen-size beds in the 2nd guest bedroom (total 4 people)

Occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the beach house and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Parties and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.

There are 4 TVs – 1 in each of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

Yes, a grill is located on the ground level next to the picnic table.

Yes. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent pods, and fabric softener are provided.

Yes, the work desk and chair is located near the dining room.

The host has access to the beach house but will only enter the property if:

• there is a need to deliver an item to guests that require entry into the property
• there is an emergency (medical, fire, police, severe weather)

The host will always make attempts to speak with the guests first to confirm entry into the property.

Yes. Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and creole seasoning are provided.

Fully pull out the cabinet containing the trash can to access extra trash bags.

Yes. A traditional slow drip coffee marker are provided.

Pull out the bottom freezer to access the ice maker.

Parking is available under the beach house for 5-7 vehicles depending on vehicle size.
