Due to the death of a child in July 2021 who got stuck in an elevator at a North Carolina vacation rental the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission advises vacation rentals to restrict the use of private elevators.
The beach house has 5 beds that comfortably sleeps 10. Only confirmed guests are allowed on the property.
- 2 people in the king-size bed in master bedroom
- 2 people in each of the two queen-size beds in the 1st guest bedroom (total 4 people)
- 2 people in each of the two queen-size beds in the 2nd guest bedroom (total 4 people)
Occupancy over the indicated capacity may result in the immediate removal of you and other members of your party from the beach house and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.
There are 4 TVs – 1 in each of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.
Yes, a grill is located on the ground level next to the picnic table.
Yes. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent pods, and fabric softener are provided.

Yes, the work desk and chair is located near the dining room.
The host has access to the beach house but will only enter the property if:
- there is a need to deliver an item to guests that require entry into the property
- there is an emergency (medical, fire, police, severe weather)
The host will always make attempts to speak with the guests first to confirm entry into the property.
